REFUND POLICY

At Candlemoon, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products and want you to feel the care and love packed into every order.

Should your item arrive broken or damaged, we will happily offer a full replacement, as we unfortunately do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with an item you ordered, please reach out via email on Robyn@candlemoon.co.za and we will gladly address your concerns.

In the event your order does arrive defective or damaged, kindly email us a photograph of the following within 7 days of receipt:

  1. the damaged item up close
  2. the box, showing all packaging used to protect the item
  3. the shipping label on the box
