These words bring back warm memories of my mom encouraging us to light a candle in times of both happiness and sadness, bringing comfort and inspiration.

Having spent years in the corporate world, I felt a deep desire to explore my creative abilities. I started taking art lessons, and soon my home was adorned with my artwork. As my paintings exceeded wall space, I sought a new endeavour. That’s when the idea struck me – why not spread happiness by sharing high-quality, environmentally friendly candles that are both luxurious and accessible?

Thus, Candlemoon was born! A vision brought to life with the incredibly generous support and assistance of my wonderful family and friends! Candlemoon is not simply a brand to me; it is a passion project ignited by an undeniable love for exquisite, aromatic candles.

2. How long do Candlemoon candles burn?

Burn time depends on the size of the candle. On average, Candlemoon candles can burn between 30–60 hours when used correctly. For best results, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn.

3. How should I care for my candle?

To get the most from your candle:

Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each burn
Allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn
Avoid burning for more than 3–4 hours at a time

Proper care helps prevent tunnelling and extends the candle’s lifespan.

4. Are Candlemoon products safe to use indoors?

Yes. Candlemoon products are made with carefully selected ingredients designed for safe home use. Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep them away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

5. How do reed diffusers work?

Reed diffusers use natural reeds to absorb fragrance oil and release scent slowly into the air. Simply place the reeds in the bottle and flip them occasionally to refresh the fragrance.

6. How long do Candlemoon diffusers last?

Most Candlemoon reed diffusers last 3-4 Months, depending on room size, airflow, and how often the reeds are flipped.

7. How do I use wax melts?

Place one or two wax melt cubes into a wax burner and gently heat it with a tea light or electric burner. The wax melts and releases fragrance into the room without needing a candle wick.

8. Can I reuse wax melts?

Yes. Wax melts can be reused until the fragrance fades. Once the scent is no longer strong, allow the wax to cool and replace it with a new melt.

9. Are Candlemoon products good for gifting?

Absolutely. Candlemoon candles, diffusers, and fragrance products make beautiful gifts for birthdays, housewarmings, holidays, or special occasions.

10. How can I make my home fragrance last longer?

To keep your home smelling fresh longer:

Burn candles in smaller rooms for stronger scent throw
Flip diffuser reeds weekly
Use room sprays between candle burns

This helps maintain a consistent fragrance throughout your space.

11. How do I clean my Wax Melter or Wax Burner?

To clean your wax melter, first allow the wax to cool and slightly harden. Once it has set but is still soft, gently lift or slide the wax out of the dish. If the wax is fully hardened, you can briefly warm the burner for a few seconds to loosen it. Wipe the dish with a soft cloth or paper towel to remove any residue before adding a new wax melt. Avoid using sharp objects or harsh chemicals to protect your burner.
